The Integrator series is a single family of both AC drives (AC690+) and DC drives (DC590+) that provides the benefits of common programming, set-up and communication across both technologies.
The DC590+ Integrator series highly advanced DC drive meets the demands of the most complex motor control applications. Extensive application software (including winder control as standard) together with Function Block Programming and configurable I/O creates a total drive system in a single module.

Built on the most successful modular motor platform, ABB’s high voltage modular induction motors comply with all relevant international standards, are optimized for variable speed control and undergo rigorous testing at every stage of production.
ABB’s modular induction motors are available as N-series (type NMI), A-series (type AMI) and modular drill rig induction motors (type NMH).
- N-series motors combine cost-efficient designs and short lead times with safety, productivity, energy efficiency and reliability.
- A-series motors, which are highly customized and fine-tuned to the customer’s precise needs, offer a high degree of engineering flexibility.
NXR and AXR Cooled Motors
Description
NXR and AXR motors provide a unique combination of small size, high power density, high reliability, low losses and easy maintenance. They are based on the successful, high performance rib cooled motor range, type HXR.
These multipurpose rib cooled motors offer high power density, easy configurability, and built-in serviceability. Versions specifically designed for use with variable speed drives are also available. VSD control generally means even higher efficiency and precise process control in both quadratic and constant torque applications.
For ABB’s rib cooled motors are available as (type NXR) and A-series (type AXR).
